The INNEKS COMPANY team is concerned about the security of its visitors’ data. Therefore, we have compiled this Privacy Policy. This Personal Data Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the Privacy Policy) applies to all information that the site located at, can receive about the User when using the site.

    1. The following terms are used in this Privacy Policy:
      1. “Site Administration” means authorized employees of the company, who organize and carry out the processing of personal data, and also determine the purposes of processing personal data, the composition of personal data to be processed, the actions or operations performed with personal data.
      2. “Personal data” is any information relating to a directly or indirectly identified or identifiable natural person (subject of personal data).

      7. Depersonalized user data, which is collected using Internet statistics services, is used to collect information about user actions on the site, improve the quality of the site and its content.
    1. The processing of the User’s personal data is carried out without time limit, in any legal way, on the territory of Ukraine, including in personal data information systems using automation tools or without the use of such tools.
    2. The Site Administration takes the necessary organizational and technical measures to protect the User’s personal information from unauthorized or accidental access, destruction, modification, blocking, copying, distribution, as well as from other illegal actions of third parties.
    3. The User’s personal data may be transferred to third parties only in case of compliance with the current legislation at the request of state authorities, on the grounds and in the manner prescribed by the legislation of Ukraine.
    4. In case of loss or disclosure of personal data, the Site Administration informs the User about the loss or disclosure of personal data, and also takes all possible measures to prevent the consequences caused by the loss or disclosure of personal data of the User.
    1. The User is obliged:
      1. Provide information about personal data necessary to make contact for consultation.
      2. Update, supplement the provided information about personal data in case of changes in this information.
    2. The Site Administration is obliged to:
      1. Use the information received solely for the purposes specified in clause 4 of this Privacy Policy.
      2. Ensure that confidential information is kept secret, not disclosed without the prior permission of the User, and also that the transferred personal data of the User are not sold, exchanged, published, or disclosed in other possible ways, with the exception of clause 5.3. of this Privacy Policy.
      3. Take precautions to protect the confidentiality of the User’s personal data in accordance with the procedure usually used to protect this kind of information in the existing business transactions.
      4. Block personal data related to the relevant User from the moment of appeal or request of the User or their legal representative or authorized body for the protection of the rights of personal data subjects for the period of verification, in case of revealing inaccurate personal data or illegal actions.
    1. The Site Administration, which has not fulfilled its obligations, is liable for losses incurred by the User in connection with the unlawful use of personal data, in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine, with the exception of cases provided for in clauses 5.2.and 7.2. of this Privacy Policy.
    2. In case of loss or disclosure of Confidential Information, the Site Administration is not responsible if this confidential information:
      1. Became public domain before its loss or disclosure.
      2. Was received from a third party before it was received by the Site Administration.
      3. Was disclosed with the consent of the User.
    1. Before applying to the court with a claim for disputes arising from the relationship between the site User and the Site Administration, it is mandatory to submit a claim (a written proposal for the voluntary settlement of the dispute).
    2. The recipient of the claim, within 30 calendar days from the date of the claim receipt, shall notify the claimant in writing of the results of its consideration.
    3. If an agreement has not been reached, the dispute will be referred to the judicial authority in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine.
    4. The current legislation of Ukraine applies to this Privacy Policy and the relationship between the User and the Site Administration.
    1. The Site Administration has the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy without the User’s consent.
    2. The new Privacy Policy comes into force from the moment it is posted on the website, unless otherwise provided by the new version of the Privacy Policy.
